Return Procedures All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number, which may be obtained by contacting our customer service department. Please note that an RA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection. Request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) by using the contact us page on shopowiz.com.
Instructions. - Provide the following information with your request:
- Your order number.
- The product name and quantity being returned.
- A brief description of the reason for returning the items.
Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RA number issued by customer service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. Any merchandise returned to without prior authorization will be refused. Please ship your parcel back freight prepaid. It is suggested that you use UPS Ground Service (Insured) or FedEx. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without prior authorization. All exchanged or returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled out), and accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or packaging. You will be charged for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on, or taped-on contents or cartons. We retain the right to refuse any such returns. Exceptions Oversized products like TVs and monitors 20 inches and up, computer products, laser printers, and fax machines must be handled with the manufacturer under their defective product and warranty service. Due to copy issues and manufacturer requirements, software is not returnable. Defective electronics or software may be exchanged for the same unit only. Some software programs are not returnable under any circumstance and must be returned to the manufacturer. Equipment that has been installed, scratched, or abused will not be accepted for return or credit. Video games can be exchanged only for a different title, if unopened. Returns maybe subject to a restocking fees up to ninety percent of retail if there are missing items or packaging. |
